The commitment to mind + body wellness is important for your health. Everyone has a different wellness regimen, some exercise daily while others stretch and meditate. Whatever your regimen looks like massage therapy can be an excellent addition to your self-care.

All of my packages include sessions that are tailored to your specific needs and include a variety of additional therapy options that can be added to your session at no additional cost.

Clients that are seeking maintenance or steady progress might only need one or 2 sessions per month, while clients wanting to actively relieve pain may need 3-4 sessions per month depending on the pain intensity and muscle condition.

If pain relief is your goal, we will work to recondition your muscle tissue by targeting the muscle groups that correspond to your problem area(s) by easing tension, breaking up painful knots and elongating your tissue with stretching to improve range of motion and flexibility. Although you should feel improvement after one session, this process will likely take a few sessions to properly stabilize.
