Keep in mind that 90 - 120 minute sessions provide the greatest results to properly evaluate and treat your body whereas 60 - 75 minute sessions tend to leave little time for a thorough focus on problematic areas when also working all major muscle groups and 30 - 45 minute sessions are designed for only target focus work for 1-2 problem areas such as neck and shoulders.

  2. If you don’t feel better, move easier and feel less aches and pains by the end of your session, let me know with a detailed explanation of why your massage therapy treatment did not meet your expectations. Feedback must be given in person at the end of your session in my office before you leave.

  3. Try another session at my professional office so that I may have the opportunity to improve your experience. Free session will be of equal value OR you may upgrade your session for more therapy time and pay the difference.

How do I use my HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flex Spending Account) to pay for my sessions?

HSA/ FSA work similarly to a debit card, meaning in order for me to process payment there must be adequate amount of funds in the account to cover the transaction.

A general prescription stating that massage therapy is necessary to treat your condition/ symptoms of pain should be adequate.

What are your sanitation standards?

As a healthcare professional, I follow proper sanitation procedures to ensure every client is treated in a safe environment. My treatment room and reception area are disinfected with Citrus II hospital germicidal deodorizing cleaner in between each session.

Rejuvenate EPA Registered Hospital Grade Disinfectant & Meets OSHA Bloodborne Pathogen Standards. Effective virucide / bactericide / fungicide cleaner.
Kills Hepatitis B & C viruses, HIV, athlete's foot and nail fungus, MRSA, and other relevant pathogens.
Approved for use against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, when used in accordance with the directions for use against Poliovirus type 1.

Surfaces disinfected with Rejuvenate cleaner include: tables, door knobs/ cabinet handles, chairs, therapist stool, waterproof barriers on the massage table and face cradle, face cradle adjustment handle, and therapy equipment.

Porous materials such as blankets, sheets and heating pads can hold bacteria, dead skin cells and bodily fluid such as sweat, or sneeze/ cough droplets.

Therefore, all linens (face cradle covers, fitted sheets, flat sheets, towels, and blankets) that come into direct or indirect contact with clients are laundered before re-use. To reduce the amount of laundry, blankets are available upon request.

In addition, my table is set up with a waterproof mattress barrier in between the heating pad and fitted sheet and between the memory foam face cradle and the face cradle cover.  These barriers are disinfected with Rejuvenate hospital grade cleaner in between each session.
